Creating Ripples

Much of my inspiration comes from observations when I have a chance to travel or when I am
simply out and about, so this was one of my observations when walking along a remote beach with the sun almost setting and I noticed a tyre in the sea with water flowing all round it, creating ripples and a current. A title to my blog came to mind as I was contemplating life as I was walking in the sand and when I noticed this tyre, it felt relatable on what I was seeing represented by the sound and the tyre and the ripples it created in the water by firmly being lodged in its place. This then got me to feel grateful, that I have my health in mind, body and spirit and knew as I have always known on how important it is to protect ourselves and move forward without the erosion of constantly misleading information in health from main stream media and healthcare systems.

I still feel a force pulling me towards correct healthcare like never before. Listening to various
podcasts and guests on show and how much of a force there is nowadays where people are
disrupting the status quo of what is outdated and basically dirty tactics to keep people sick for
years, until they die with only a loving family around them, but suitcases of pills that never did them any good in the first place. Secondarily, I have been watching US elections of late and mandates being driven through to clean up America in becoming healthy again, and to root out the bias and the cause of ill- health which lies in food, agriculture and pharma.

There is also too much information that really does mislead us, in terms of what is good for us one minute, and then it is bad for us next! Apart from media reporting and control, why would a food that has always been so good for us suddenly become bad – the stuff that our grandparents cooked with and ate. Food choices should always be simple, fresh and tasty and made with love. Nothing can beat that, not even some processed packs that can be put into the oven to persuade you to save time, when actually you add time and money later on, to correct the impact of these processed foods surrendering you to become a major captive of ill health.
My book on real health is championing each person to deal with the root cause and taking charge of their own health without the intervention of pills and corporate ideology, that has been the controversy for decades, joined by the age of industrialisation and thus the food industry.

Now having a plan to disrupt this area, create ripples and put a stake down whilst joining others in their quest to do the same has so much more meaning for me. Before, I truly felt alone and could not get people to understand my view and now I realise the hidden views of many that were also silenced or felt like me, voiceless.

This blog if to champion and inspire ripples to start the disruption in peoples minds and hearts, because it is time to invite new age of healthcare. Globally people have started waking up to the possibility that the whole healthcare system has run on corruption and has a lack of integrity and transparency.

The image I photographed was when I was walking on my own, seeing this tyre and sitting firmly in the shifting sand and not being intimidated by the strength of the sea waves crashing against it, then having to flow around it and then back to erode it. In fact, it was firmly positioned to let the aggression of the sea face it head on, and as if, saying, I am not to be moved form this position I have taken a stand on.

This of course is a metaphor, as clearly the tyre that has lodged itself in the sand is and no matter the force of water ( the people, organisations and establishments that want it displaced) is not moving. To disrupt a major industry and the tyranny of corporate is going to take something. Creating a stand and a stone enough barrier either as an individual or with like minded people wanting to change the same thing is inevitable now and can be done. To create this exact type of barrier will eventually result in the loss of corporate power. But we have to start small but stay sure and firm.

The message then, is simply stand your ground and that also goes for me, in a way that we are heard and respected for the good and not bullied into silence. I ask you to take ownership and responsibility for your own health and at the same time know your passion and purpose in life and if you like me, have doors closed on you, because we have something that threatens people with their outdated ideology- let them! Accept you will not be liked but with time, you will be surrounded by like- minded people- your tribe, who have time for you and your views and how you show up in this world.

In every area of life, we need people that create ripples and waves around the robust and firm set-in-stone policies, that gain only for the few and are detrimental for the majority. These concepts are coded, biases and created for the minority, who gain for themselves and use to their advantage the capitalist, societal concepts on power and division.

So let’s talk about why we need to first disrupt and then stay solid in our conviction to changing things, that needs refresh. Let’s get rid of the outdated, but surely education and awareness is the bit that has to happen before we know what to change.

Look my passion is in health for everyone in a way that is still individual and unique to you and linked to your goals and life aspirations. It is vital that it is aligned with how you want to live your daily life. That need a check on what motivates you first.

Some of the disruptors in the world that started creating ripples, are critical thinkers, a bit like me, and I love this form of scrutiny. Time after time they stood up for what is right versus what is easy. Nothing worthwhile is easy and like the tyre you will be exposed to all the element at one stage or another. In the medical field for example, I cannot stress enough, how important it is for everyone to analyse and think things through and make informed decisions based on your own rational experience and evaluations based on a range of credible evidence rather than through a few biased publications sponsored by big Pharma, government or media.

Thinking about COVID times – I had it twice and I know many that lost their lives and the impact of lock downs was detrimental to many peoples living experiences and income, but the way that the roll out was conducted, the why, the how and the what for, were areas of false narrative and to an extent some fabrication of the real truth. There was no transparency in the messages and most seemed conflicting, so people got confused as to what to do with this and marched in droves to vaccine centres, to get not only one jab but two or three or more in time, yet many still caught COVID after that and still lost their lives. We have only just started to understand the long term health impact of this vaccine now, and the science is not good. Whilst we can argue, that maybe the vaccine did save many people’s lives, there was in my view, grotesque fear mongering, but there are and were a few that stuck their head above the parapet to give a different perspective and that is to own informed consent rights for everyone. They empowered people to do their own research and not just take information handed to them blindly. To stand up to this lack of transparency took some grit, possibly experiencing a loss in income and job as a healthcare worker, but I salute those that did with show courage to question.

For me, personally I never took the COVID vaccine and had COVID twice, the first time was bad enough due to fear mostly, but then the second time, it was much easier. My body was stronger than my mind and we have to restore faith that is is designed to self-heal under the most challenging of circumstances.

Therefore be the disruptor, create ripples on anything that holds you congruent with your values and beliefs and do not short fuse your conviction to change something that needs to be corrected no matter what.
