This gives you a super tool to get to know the part of you that has been hijacked by a saboteur one too many. They can stop you from doing what you want and when you want. I ask you a series of questions that creates a profile of such limitations of living life authentically and in a fulfilling way may those limitations be a career, relationships, social, financial freedom, and great health. It is called stimulation hunger – a principle of psychological hunger founded by Eric Berne in the 1960s and is used today in transactional analysis, which I am trained and experienced in using to help my clients. The way we structure hunger needs to be in a way that does not tire us but makes us feel fulfilled and joyous.
